How to book a course
Simply call us on 01329 846111, or
Email us at info@ofst.co.uk
On receipt of booking we will send confirmation, usually via email within 7 days of the booking.
How to pay
Payment is requested via invoice, payment is to be made 14 days from the date of invoice. Payment by credit card is available upon request but carries an additional handling charge
Via credit card - we accept credit card payments via PayPal’s Virtual Terminal. This incurs a handling fee of 20p +4.2% per transaction.

Cancellations
If You cancel the Services a cancellation charge may be payable. Once you have received confirmation of your training course you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation within 7 days of booking.
In the event of cancellation of training by Online fire safety training Ltd, we will endeavour to inform all participants two weeks before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including flights, accommodation etc. Online fire safety training Ltd undertakes to provide the training course on the date specified except when external circumstances prevent this. In these circumstances Online fire safety training Ltd will endeavour to re run the course on a mutually agreeable basis.
Special requirements
Training should be given in a format everyone can understand, if any attendees have any special requirements i.e. hard of hearing or sight, please make us aware either prior to our attendance or before the start of the course. We can arrange to have all our courses in different languages but this requires advance notice and would have an extra cost for this service.
